February 8, 2011. Vitesse will hold its first quarterly conference call for fiscal year 2011.

On an earlier topic "positions filled". Questions about what happened to the 8 career positions that have vanished from the website. Were they pulled or filled?

Also, What is the situation regarding Mr. Yonker and the 2 accounting positions? have these 2 positions been filled or pulled? what is the reason for pulling these two positions if they have not been filled?

I am hoping we will not have to ask any questions about what are they going to do with the Whitebox loan. Every indication from management has been they wanted to have it resolved before they reported earnings. If it has not been fully and completely addressed something has not gone as planned.

A big question is whether a private investor will be able to ask a question. Maybe individuals should call in & identify themselves with something like "John Parsons (cough), Fulton-Mason Investments".
I don't think Hector Zapata will ever get to ask another question!

"....every indication from management...."

for the most part shows they have been in way over their heads, though we can surely and truely hope that tide has changed. I like Par's comment here. Pretend you are someone else.....it would fit right in with the last several years of Yonker pretending he is CFO and my best pal Fast Eddie doing that hu du he do so well.

Looks like a major winter storm with snow measured by the foot, 50 mph winds and drifts 8-10 feet is on the way.

Damn that global warming!

My question is where are they with 40nm designs. Some of their competitors have already released chips with that spacing.

The EDN Top 100 recognition this morning was nice to see. I noticed that neither Broadcom or Mindspeed made the list and Marvel only made it under RF. Here's the EDN writeup on Jaguar when it was released last year.

GARIF: daWiley:
Wanted to know if you could share with us some more of the dialouge from the shareholders meeting. Mainly dealing with sales, design wins, new clients, how they are competing with other companies. I know that not to long ago Gardner spoke about having close to 100 different situations regarding their products with clients. Was there any more talk on this?

Also Garif, you spoke in your response on the shareholders meeting about listening to Perna speak to an individual on the marketing of Vitesse products. Could you tell us what was "riveting" about this conversation and maybe explain a little more of what was said?

Thank you very much for your response and I appreciate all of your help.

Hey Chris,
He mostly regurgitated the Needham presentation, but as he pressed on about India i surmised that this is where much of our Green cattle, i mean Cash will be coming from.

Mr Perna spoke to the Lake Union person about the many opportunities facing Vitesse products and elaborated on some tactics,B&M and friends might be listening, more need not be said; We can rest assured that Perna is our gold piece with diamonds at the fingertips. i am not surprised lake added...

peace
