Our Recent RS!

Well, here we are now, after our wonderful 1:20 RS and the stock tanks. Does this really come as a surprise to anyone . . . not me! And of course our brain dead management and BOD must all be wondering what could possibly have happened?

No skin off their backs though as they can re-price their free options again and do another RS, which is likely being discussed.

I mean, after all, history has shown time and time again that RS rarely, if ever, work and are just a means for zombie stocks (this is what Cramer calls them) to think they can pull the wool of the eyes of SH. This stock should have been sold - assuming there was ever a buyer - a long time ago. It is not entitled to be traded as a public company, even on the pink sheets.

I really do wish CRG, JR, LT and RY pancreatic cancer in their lives at some point.

Whatever happened to our #1 Pumper, he needs to get back on the train and pump this POS up some more.

VTSS indeed is a difficult, sad story that has taken lots of money from many of us on this or the former website. BUT wishing anyone pancreatic cancer is a bit off base for me. Guess you hit a sore spot with me as I have lost a few friends to this horrible disease and wish it on no one. I hope the CRG, JR, LT and RY live long lives and finally pull of a true miracle with VTSS.

Believe me I am as frustrated and displeased with the activity at VTSS as most of you are, but fortunately for us it still is a viable company and damn it, I hope it does better soon.

G- That is a bit of a sore spot. Beyond that, the PPS is not declining because of the reverse split. It's declining because they were about $8 million short on revenue expectations.

The need for another RS will not be necessary. This will be back to $5 soon.

SORRY, Jim, if that was a bit much - I have lost several members of my family (farther, GM x2, cousin) to various forms of cancer, and my sister is currently in remission, so it was a poor "figure of speech".

But frankly, given what has taken place with these WC crooks, starting with LT - and I am one of the long time members here so I figure I have paid my dues and then some - I do not think that CRG or RY will to the noble thing and fall on their own sword (as is still done in Japan in certain cases) or at the very least resign. I do harbor tremendous disgust for both of them and the COB for not having the balls to look after the interests of the SHs.

In China last year they shot the head of the Chinese FDA for gross incompetence and corruption. Frankly, I think if the US followed this pattern, perhaps WS would finally get cleaned up.

Given all of the monetary and mental damage that these clowns have caused us, it really is criminal. A screw up now and then by management is one thing, but this is beyond anything that I have ever seen in my 30 years of investing, AND the fact that NOTHING has been done by the SEC is even more painful.

CRG and RY will continue to bleed this company until there is nothing left. It remains to be seen just how “viable” this company and its chips really are, because the most recent earnings numbers has put into question all of the past (year’s worth of nifty press statements.
Kind regards,
G

G, I too lost my younger sister to pancreatic cancer, so I would not wish that on anyone. I do feel your anger and it is understandable. If you feel a victim of them, you might consider going to VTSS and meeting with senior management just to tell them in person how you feel. It isn't going to get your money back, but it might make you feel better. These kind of feelings often spawn Class Action lawsuits.

You can also just take the loss and move on. You could have sold your shares 2 months ago for $5.60/share and even then, wouldn't have lost as much as you have by hanging on and having it tear at you. I have lost plenty on the stock. It is real money for me too. But I don't let it get me down and eat away at me, apparently as it has to you. So make a decision overtly as to whether it is time to hold on and let this play out or to sell now. You see you are making that decision every day unconsciously.

No disrespect meant here. I do understand your suffering. I hope it eases for you and everyone.

Best,
Charles

Thanks, Grand, I know we have all lost a boat load, and you more than a lot of us. Not sure that a class action LS would do much at all except make some "maggots" a few bucks; SH's get cents on the dollar if that. It is just AMAZING that this is still playing out almost 5 year post melt down, just amazing!

The wishing of such an ugly illness on anybody is also troubling to me; But if news came out that gardner and yonk lost the equivalent of their last 2 years pay, i would smile from ear to ear.

It was no doubt a bit of an over the top statement on my part, but these are some pretty corrupt and unscrupulous management and BOD that we have looking after our interests. I frankly would like to see them loose a hell of a lot more than just two years of pay for all they have put us through. I really do believe there is more going on here then we will likely ever know. And I still think some big fines at the least, and WC criminal proceedings are in order.

SEC filing 4 on Vitesse website shows Yonker picked up another 4,000 shares yesterday (8/17/2010) and paid 3.69 for each share. probably should of put this under its own heading but not sure if its really worthy enough for that.

Thanks for your comment back G and best wishes for good health for you and all your close ones...that goes for this entire thread. Point of fact..at announcement of reverse split 20:1 this stock was at .37 which makes it 7.40 back in May 17, 2010. Time flies and the stock does nothing positive. Reading about new product releases is meaningless unless they translate into revenues which they seeminly have not done for years now. Hopefully the new board will shorten the leashes on the non-performers and give all of us a chance to recover some of these losses. Best to all!
