Billy Martin now owns 13% of the company. Hopefully he will start agitating for some management and board change, or a sale, resulting in the long awaited shareholder value to be unlocked.

I was hoping for B. Martin to be more proactive regarding VTSS- possibly his other holdings have diverted his attention.

It's amazing to me that Kopp (Long suffering holder) and Royce also don't demand change. Between Raging Capital, Kopp, and Royce they own over 27 % of VTSS.

Let's hope Bob Chapman wasn't right when he gave up on CRG and the company!

Until the CEO and other top mgt. are removed, Vitesse will never recover from the pps loses suffered over the last 6yrs. CRG was an engineer that tried to hire professionals to teach him how to run VTSS and it failed. Getting a few board members changed will not turn this company around. VTSS has lost over 90% of it's pps under CRG's "leadership". IMHO just another Madoff personality.

They need to get profitable, convert the debt to equity, and sell this teeny tiny company to a better capitalized competitor, starting the long overdue consolidation of this very crowded industry. VTSS is not viable long term in its present market position. I would love for management to prove me wrong, but Gardner and cronies need to exit the gravy train and consider the shareholders for once.

VTSS is desperate for $$- noticed CRG hasn't replaced Perna. He'll probably do the job himself.

well, the end of the quarter just finished and again it looks like someone knows something - down significantly on no news. How typical.

You know we can all spot the obvious "fix", but they're still surfing porn over at the SEC. My money would be better off in a mattress.

Actually, volume was slightly below average, and most of the competitive space was down too. Who can tell?
