This effectively means Stifel-Nickolaus is bidding for some VTSS business for addressing the re-capitalization of the company. That is okay I guess. Also noted the presentation is Feb 7, 2 days after the earnings release set to be Feb. 5. Should be the same story exactly although that didn't happen last time when VTSS had an earnings conference call, did not mention that tomorrow we are selling stock. Still pretty unbelievable.
