Gardner agrees on new 2013 Employment Agreement

January 30, 2013, Vitesse and CEO Gardner agreed on a
new employment agreement.

Gardner will receive a base salary of $394,000 a year.
He is eligible to receive an annual target bonus of 100% of his base salary and a annual maximum bonus of 150% of his base salary.

Gardner had a base salary of $375,000 in 2012.

The 2013 employment agreement terminates on
February 12, 2015.

I thought CEOs were rewarded for increasing shareholder value!

Two years nonetheless and a raise to boot. If they want to retain his engineering knowledge, put him on staff to CTO, but please get him out of management chain.

They got a new CTO after not having one for many years, and it seems to be helping. Time for a new CEO. This guy is horrible.

Maybe the multi-year extension to Gardner's contract is a " golden parachute" for the Board's good buddy in preparation for his departure!

I guess I can dream.
