Vote history graph

Anybody going to the annual celebration of big raises, more stock options, more "design wins" that never seem to result in revenue, promises of future glory while ignoring the massive destruction of shareholder value that has taken place over the last decade (most of which has been under the watchful eye of CRG and Fast Eddie).

Lets all stand in a circle and........

When & where is this illustrious event? We should all go wearing black armbands to mourn our losses.

when & where is past tense - -u got notice in the proxy filing and should have gotten an email from ur broker for voting instructions - -

crg used the same slides as the last investor conference -they are on the vtss website. only added 2 for the 1Q 13 results.

they are very positive on the acceptance of their designs - but we are not even in spring training - - china telecom starts a roll-out in second half of calendar 2013 -- so it will take a long term evolution to see the revs ramp up - - they do see way better than average gains in the Veritime product. they are winning 70% of bake-offs - and are only all digital implementation - also cheaper. they are seeing multiple chip designs where a vendor uses the timing and switching products.

he highlighted the consolidation purchases at the box level - Meraki was bot by CSCO for $1.2B - -and NetLogic bought out for much more. both are customers of vtss in new cloud boxes that make local cloud servers for small and medium sized corporations as local internet clouds of private corporate networks. this was on one slide - -also eZchip was bot for a huge amount - -saying that these implementations of ethernet cloud servers are in early development stages.

at this point in time - - u either are tired of all the slides and forward looking statements - -have an average price that is so high u never will get back even -- or you have managed to position yourself as close to raging billy's $2.15 avg cost on $!3MM of common stock and will wait out the next 4-6 years for the real growth that is expected to come from the next wave of
the long term evolution of the information superhighway.

i say revenues of new products double as crg has stated from $15MM in 2012, to $30MM in 13, to $60MM in 14 and that the continue to rise - -one more double and they get to current reveues of $120MM and replace all current revenues. at the same time the IP assets are growing and they are looking at IP deals in the auto industry as the first commercial application thru licensing to companies that are not up to speed in this field but sell into the auto market.

buy, sell, hold, trade on.

vtss crosses $10 in this cycle - -

in the next 24-36 months

#1 - -they know the orange guy!

#2- - i didn't speak to the new bd membrs - only have their bios.

#3- - did speak to steven p. hanson - - didn't know which member he was at the time - -he is former ceo of ON semi - -so he prolly knows the biz - - -been on bd since 2007 so he know our pain - - said they do have a plan for dealing with the debt - -

#4- - spoke with dr. martin nuss - - he clarified that not only has China Telecom picked td-lte for roll-out but also the major american carriers are installing td to augment their fd-lte equipment - that in reference to my ? about Veritime's use in fd vs it's requirement for td - nuss told me about his article that was posted here stating that gps jammers can be bought on the internet - -which can destroy time stamping capabilities of a base station. that is the main reason that the 1588 standard and veritime are the new non-sat way to time stamp with a local clock.

"Meraki was bot by CSCO for $1.2 B-- and NetLogic bought out for much more. both are customers of vtss in new cloud boxes."

In 2012 NetLogic was bought by Broadcom for $3.7billion

The customer connection between Vitesse and NetLogic (Broadcom) is the XLPII family of multi-core processors that were introduced by Netlogic in 2011.

The NetLogic XLPII multi-core processors use the Vitesse IEEE 1588 Hardware Time Stamping.

Great to see that the IEEE 1588 is being added to the products of a very large majority of Vitesse competitors(Broadcom).

"no matter who sells it christ3opher, VTSS may get a cut."

I don't believe that I ever said anything otherwise.

was just stating that it is a good situation for us to have our company's competitor use our product to help make their own product more suitable.
