Kopp Investment Advisors files SC 13/DA
Kopp Investment Advisors has been adding to his sharebase in Vitesse.
Back in November of 2010 Kopp was listed as holding 2,249,959 shares, which was a 9.4% ownership.
As of May, 29, 2013 Kopp is listed as holding 3,107,334 shares, which is a 8.3% ownership.
Kopp is listed as paying $25,036,584.42 for his total sharebase. This breaks down to just over $8 a share.
Kopp has continuously been bringing down his cost per share.

Wow, talk about a long term investment with terrible money management performance. I certainly hope their other investments weren't as abysmal as this one.

Here's the reason for the volume increase in volume from 5/7 to 5/28. If Kopp is done buying, which appears to be the case, expect very low trading volume for the foreseeable future.
Essentially one real buyer made up all the volume, not very encouraging.
Tick Tock Tick Tock....... years go by.....

I wish Kopp had been a more proactive shareholder over the years. Maybe they can team with Raging Capital and try to force some long overdue changes at VTSS- wishful thinking on my part.

thanks - -will add it to my vtss notebook - - leRoy is a buddy of fat andy - -they both live an work close in Minn. -part of reason for the vtss tour thru the midwest - - -smart money follows smart money - -and leRoy will make out ok - -but his avg cost is stil higher than raging billy by nearly 4X.

I haven't seen any evidence that this investment has been smart.
I know I feel pretty dumb for investing in this train wreck.
