PXLW up 40 -50% today

Vote history graph

PXLw, a sickly fabless semi company with annual revenue of less than $50 million (and on the same downward trajectory VTSS has been on the past years) today was required to announce via its 10K that Apple was a 10% customer. Previously there had been no indication PXLW and APPL had any relationship at all. (It's thought APPL would not allow PXLW to disclose the relationship. But the SEC demands disclosure of 10%+ customers so PXLW had to disclose it at this point.)

Stock has been up as much as 50% over yesterday.

we need something like this.

If we could announce any relationship with Apple, our stock would pop also. Typically Apple doesn't allow.

There are deals being made and small high-tech companies on the move- hopefully some year it will be our turn.

Don't look now, but VTSS' share price has appreciated 70% in the past year. I wish that could happen to us in a day, but it doesn't look likely. I can live with 70% per year.

If someone was fortunate to buy at the bottom and had the guts to not sell, this is a great return. I wish I was part of the "public" that got the $ 2.15 a share like CRG, Billy Martin, and others.

It is easier to chalk up a nice percentage gain when stock is very cheap. Remember when VTSS was 8 cents (Before reverse split). A 1 cent move was 12.5 percent move. Of course it works both ways- downside gives you big losses.

Until a year ago Apple was mentioned by Vitesse as a customer but then this mention disappeared; I've always wondered, did the relationship sour or did Apple admonish Vitesse?

"So we'll, y eah, we do expect that program is on track today. We actually – that customer went to early field trials in
December. So we negotiated the deal with them and they went to actually got product and started showing that to
some of their customers last quarter. We do expect that to go to first customer ship probably in the June quarter."

What's important is that this customer is building software around us, in a couple of years we can expect to have multiple wins at this customer... paraphrasing CRg.

I smell a mega gorilla here, as crg had to scramble to control letting the cat out! and it's not Cisco,HP... this is a brand new perhaps Google, SAP, Oracle...

I expect announcements that will carry us beyond $4.50 long before the third Q call.

GARIF,

you stated:

" Until a year ago Apple was mentioned by Vitesse as a customer but then this mentioned disappeared."

when you say "Apple was mentioned"

are you meaning the Apple icon which is the picture of an apple?

besides that I have seen nothing else describing Apple anywhere.

if so, the Apple icon was last printed in the Benchmark's Micro Cap Discovery Conference. "View Presentation " section.

This took place on December 11, 2013 which is only about three months ago, so maybe nothing has soured at all.

Yes, I meant the sampled apple,I stand corrected! yes on page 16 the apple lives on as one of our customers; lets hope it soon joins our "same store sales" list.

thanks again Christ!

Nice strong move on volume- We're now up against resistance in $ 4.15 area- let's see if we can break through and close above that area.

Well, we didn't close above intraday high ($ 4.19) and resistance, but closed at $ 4.06 on 1+ mil shares (Great volume). Rome wasn't built in a day- let's hope the profit taking won't be too great and we make another run at $ 4.19 plus very soon!

If I didn't have a visual image of CRG implanted in my brain, with his history of failures, I would have loaded up a dollar lower and really made out.

tech, last night daughter called to share she took third in a singing competition at her school; I jumped for joy while congratulating her...

Vitesse is flirting with uniqueness, she's becoming like the girl that everyone wishes to dance with...

May you live in interesting times...

From the price action and the volume it seems like someone is buying-in in a big way. I wonder if any of the attendees at Wednesday's and Thursday's "dog and pony" shows did some pre-presentation due diligence and liked what they saw?

11:37 3/11: Someone is now selling out in a big way- $ 4 and pushing a million shares in volume. High $ 4.29 (poor souls) and now trying to hold $ 4.

Let's hope some buying comes in in the last 1 1/2 hrs.

OMG- VTSS has had a few trades in after-hours at $ 2.08 (Up 5 cents). This is unheard of except after Earnings and Conf. Call.

Can someone actually be paying attention to VTSS?

Fascinating! on a day when as far as the eyes can see, all is red in the business yet Vitesse brakes the mold. Crg must be making quite an impression! look forward to the news from the presentations.

Are we looking at the year of Vitesse? Russell membership, price north of $13 after conversion, a second 10 million dollar customer announcement...

Interesting! Vitesse could reach $10 by year end, in the $30's in 2017... Jefferies come discover the seriously "underappreciated"

Sonus Networks could hit $10 per share by 2017, says Jefferies
Jefferies says Sonus Networks (SONS) could be the "most underappreciated story in the Tech sector right now." The firm found the company's investor day last Thursday as very positive and sees a path for the stock to hit $10 per share by 2017. Jefferies reiterates a Buy rating on shares of Sonus, which closed Friday at $3.44.

http://www.thestreet.com/story/12535444/1/tech-in-transition-the-winners.html?puc=yahoo&cm_ven=YAHOO

Could the ultimate "transition" winner be Vitesse?
I still contend that our Big New deal is Microsoft, Oracle, or Yahoo! hopefully we will know before years end,

Board members this northward move seems to be for real, I can feel the energy of many WAITING FOR THE OTHER SHOE TO DROP...
