I have not been watching closely. Has VTSS changed its fiscal year? And when does it end now?

I don't think so. Is it still the end of September? Were you thinking that if that moved the fiscal forward to coincide with the calendar year, that the new Q3 would be the old Q4?

The headline says "Change in Fiscal Year." But I can't find anything that confirms that. (I haven't looked that hard admittedly.)

It seems like it has to do with someone bringing up some change, like a change in the fiscal year, or when they could do it with regard to the end of the fiscal year. Was the fiscal year brought up at the shareholders' meeting?
