Ah, the Chris & Marty Roadshow. I guess they're trying, but after all these years of attending and no meaningful results, I don't hold out much hope. Probably just a good excuse to see some old friends.

Does anyone have an update on how the Pioer Jaffery presentation went? We need more visibility in the marketplace.

Nothing yet. I assume they'll be using the shareholders' presentation from 1.5 weeks prior. What's changed in two weeks?

Judging by the price action today, I would say the presentation went well.

i attended the SHM - -the slides were a bit different than other meetings - -they showed more of where VTSS fits in - -remember that CSCO doesn't buy Meraki, NXP doesn't buy FreeScale - -without some great chips and microcode inside the box - - VTSS is in the bowels of the boxes -- they won't get their due until the boxes ship in quantity - but remember Vitesse IS Inside.

i am very sure from trading today that this lil dump has been bought --we follow trades and can see who bought low today.

VTSS is being kept at .6-.75 of asset value until they show increasing revs. they are currently worth over $400MM in any deal - -without any value for IIoT or storage- -and NO raging billy won't sell for $5.

VTSS now has the major US box makers as customers - -and in conclusion of the SHM --crg said the largest corp on the planet came to them unsolicited - -they had no sales insider - -he said in one week that talks were very promising.

why?? cause we own the only super encryption plus error detection and correction in Silicon - -plus 1588 non-GPS timing and low power - -all those are worth $400MM or more today. IP revs will rise on the box sales as we get paid by the box - -and that is why AMCC is not paying us for their server on a chip --

u want a CEO that has not performed in the last 8 years but pumped $300MM in annual revs from a single chip?? go buy AMCC and you can have Gopi. the major backers of VTSS know what a crg and dr. Nuss have done.

VTSS goes thru $10 on its way to $24 and revs top at $72MM per qtr and may go much higher if IIoT and Storage kick to high gear.
Storage is the big deal - -might become its own division again soon.

the risks are macro - -oil in storage in Cushing, OK is near capacity - -oil workers in Texas and Bakersfield, CA are being let go - -they all have trucks, toys and mortgages - -china and europe are having their own issues.

meanwhile --vtss is in the right market with more than just switch matrices - -welcome the new posters - -bye to the gone old posters - -it has been a long time -- but as crg said at the SHM - they have looked at other turnarounds and they all took 8-10 years -- and crg also mentioned the Snowden effect - -that i first posted here several years ago - - a delay to install any equipment by the major countries until all was known about who was spying and how they were doing it - -two year delays for most of this industry and blackballs by china and others for some usa corps.

did we ever even mention the likes of CSCO, FreeScale, Seagate, or HPQ as customers a couple years ago??
the reason crg sounds positive for second half 2015 as the turn time is because he has delivery orders from usa corps that are more reliable than the chinese customers - -you don't ramp up production at a contract semi foundry in Taiwan for second half deliveries without time to get in gear - -also the first rounds of our chips were met with positive suggestions for consolidating features into single silicon deliverables - -the latest chip offerings are 2nd and 3rd gen and take up less real estate on circuit boards. check em out in the slides and on their site.

trade on - -

Thanks for the detailed update on VTSS daWiley1- sounds very positive. Stock is re-validating itself today above $ 3.80 support on decent volume. Technicians probably contributing to todays action also in addition to the SHM info.

Also could be some end of quarter window dressing by the big VTSS holders.

Well said Wiley, thanks for the report,

"-remember that CSCO doesn't buy Meraki, NXP doesn't buy FreeScale - -without some great chips and microcode inside the box - - VTSS is in the bowels of the boxes -- they won't get their due until the boxes ship in quantity - but remember Vitesse IS Inside.

I've remarked in the past that Meraki has been our greatest customer because it opened the door for greater business from Cisco. History will show that our association with Freescale will be a repeat of our Meraki...

"why?? cause we own the only super encryption plus error detection and correction in Silicon - -plus 1588 non-GPS timing and low power -"

VeriT and Intellisec are our ticket out of poverty! Timing and Security are critical, no surprise to me Big Boys are paying visits, Un announced!!!

"may go much higher if IIoT and Storage kick to high gear.
Storage is the big deal - -might become its own division again soon."

Fascinating how VeriT and Intellisec(our Trump cards) are in the heart of the above. We spend so much time focusing on the negatives that we fail to see some of the great moves crg and family makes; jumping on the storage opportunity was a master move, who knows he might license his version of the product back to Seagate...

"May you live in interesting times"
thanks again Wiley,

Who could this "largest corp on the planet" be??
IBM, Apple and Samsung are already customers, even Google through our Motorola connection is probably a customer already; this sounds like a dream girl showing up at your door, a never before customer, perhaps:
Microsoft or Oracle?

oh! and once again in talking with WALMART managers last night, the company is pushing hard the self check-out starting midnights. "if customer has big basket I simply call for someone to check him out, some days 2 of us are needed as many need help with self check out" said a clerk/cashier.

Could Walmart be incorporating the Vitesse "check-out" system? knowing how the company tries to cut out the middle man as much as possible, could they have come knocking on our door??

"A chip that’s likely to speed the transition to an end-to-end CE is Vitesse Semiconductor’s Tiger"
http://electronicdesign.com/communications/switch-engine-quickens-carrier-ethernet-s-arrival-time

Wiley, I had hoped you inquire about the progress of the most powerful switch Vitesse has ever made! I recall Crg saying Tiger would be a 2014 to 2015 story but by now some news about the most expensive piece we've ever produced should have been shared.

I would imagine you've picked up many business cards through the many Shareholder meetings you've attended, please pose the Tiger question to someone.

Thanks always,

Good insights DaWiley1, but let's get to $5 before we get to $10 or $25.
