Thanks phobos for the info. Wonder what kind of turnout CRG will get for Shareholders Meeting?

Nice set of comprehensive charts with all the right acronyms included to say we are a player. The new one is IIOT- I guess IOT didn't suffice.

Despite all the wonderful increases in new product revenue offset by declining legacy revenue the bottom line per CRG charts is Revs. for 1Q15 ($ 24 mil) haven't been this low since 1Q13 ($ 23.9 mil) and we are still losing money!

The "Driving Operating Leverage" slide (#17) would seem to imply (first bar-graph) that $28M is (operating) break-even given 60% product margin. And even more interesting is the second bar-graph that shows 18% operating profit at $38M revenue (?) presumably also at 60% margin.

Could VTSS take off sooner, rather than later?

Interesting.

GARIF, I don't know if this means anything, but Cisco is an approved Scanning Vendor for the PCI Security Standards Council:

...scroll-down to find Cisco at the bottom.

Did VTSS actually have a Shareholder Meeting at a location such as Hyatt Hotel in Westlake like in years past?

What confuses me is on VTSS website I couldn't find anything announcing time,/place for Shareholder Meeting that per SEC Filing charts was supposed to have been on Feb. 26.

Thanks again Phobos!
Perhaps we should all make an attempt to call in for Q2 and perhaps, perhaps one might get through; be fascinating to hear Crg's expectation from this authentication of cards line of business.

Many Walmarts are switching to the self checkout model starting at midnights(on the slower days), imagine Vitesse products securing a few of our large chains, Target, Kmart,,,

$28 million break-even has been whispered about for some time, be nice if we kiss it sooner than later.

Vitesse is part of this story, but I wonder how many others are including her in their solutions??

"PCI DSS 3.0 does not include any changes surrounding mobile security," he said via email. "Merchants are struggling with how to protect mobile payment solutions and integrating mobile devices into their organizations. The Council released a best practices guide for mobile security more than a year ago, but it would be more beneficial to release additional guidance pertaining to mobile data security."

More opportunities,

How much does Vitesse stand to gain from this October shift??

So many opportunities! I wonder how many Crg has tapped??

Every time I see one of those commercials for The Square (that card reader that plugs into your phone), I think of mobile applications. Sometimes the standards actually lag de-facto standard adoption. This could be an opportunity for VTSS to become part of the standard.

Good digging BTW...

Here is 8-K just issued today authorizing 12.3 million shares for the Incentive Plan. Also gives "highlights" of Feb. 26th Shareholder Meeting:
